I have visited the train depot for several events. I went there two weeks ago to celebrate an acquaintance of mine 85th birthday. The Depo is a nice place to have a celebration. I especially love the wooden porch. It's wide and feels more comfortable than the inside. My best friend had her wedding and reception at the Depo. She took pictures on the porch and they came out beautifully, even with the tracks being in the back. I like the inside as well but, I wish it was wider. Since the remodel it says a much nicer kitchen. If you are having a gathering for 40-50 people, this will be a comfortable place to have it. If your group is larger, it's a tight fit.
Mar 27, 2024 · Google ReviewLove the town I live in ,but the traffic had gotten bad in the last 14 years .I hope they put up new red lights where they are much needed .Our town is still beautiful, even with all traffic. Beautiful homes are going up & all around the area of Cypress Garden Road & also over by the Roper sub hospital off Dennis Rembrandt. They are so nice at Roper & gotta love the staff .
Apr 11, 2023 · Google ReviewAwesome venue for wedding receptions or parties of any kind. Has a kitchen, large space inside and nice roomy deck with plenty of seating outside. Plenty of parking. You do hear the trains, but it's the old train depot! Not an issue at all.
