Ashley ShepardReturning from a soft and squishy and delicious hibernation of gluttony and over-working, I came to FoxDen in August to care for my body. I wanted something difficult. I needed accountability. And I longed for strength. Being two months in, I'm so grateful for this space. All of the trainers are absolutely wonderful. They accept my novice position within the Crossfit community, while not allowing me to give up. I'm one of "them" with a lot to learn, and that feels totally ok. They want me to do hard things for myself, but teach me along the way. The trainers have paid close attention to me from an encouragement, teaching, and commitment standpoint without making me feel incapable and incompetent. For the first time in my nearly four decades on the planet, I'm craving my next day at the gym after leaving yet another strenuous one. What a gift this space has been for me to get my life and body back.

Brittany CoxGreat space for a seasoned Crossfitter to get in a workout if they are passing through. Didn’t get too much coaching but when I asked questions, they were answered, clearly and concisely. Coach Shelby was welcoming. The workout was a grinder “Zissou” and definitely got the job done. Nice big gym with lots of fans! Hope to drop-in again next time I am in town.

Joanna PahlowDropped in here for a week while in the area visiting family. Coaches are very good, great group warm ups and helpful corrections. Good programming. Athletes of all levels. Members were very friendly. If I lived here this would be my home box.

Jonathan GareteI had an amazing experience attending drop-in classes at CrossFit Fox Den while visiting from out of town. The facility is large, clean, and equipped with nice, top-quality equipment. Sherry, the owner, is high-energy and super friendly, making everyone feel welcome. The WODs were challenging and really pushed me, ensuring a great workout that made me sweat! Joey, the coach, was very knowledgeable and motivating. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and I highly recommend CrossFit Fox Den! ---
