He is personable and very attentive to details. He is also very responsive and will show up quickly to take care of anything for you. He also put us in good hands with our Tech, Ruben Garcia. Ruben has also taken good care of us and has gone out of his way to ensure we are fully satisfied. I would highly recommend DocuSystems!

Shivonne LeeWhen you're a smaller company, one person will wear many hats, as all of us in the office do. Will patiently reminded us over a few months that our contract was coming up, and our product was so outdated, it is no longer being manufactured. He wrote up the numbers; more than once. We signed the new contract w/hours to spare. Our install was scheduled for within 5 biz days of signing. Our technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly...AND EARLY! We GREATLY appreciate all of the time taken to explain the ins-and-outs and will continue with DocuSystems services for the foreseeable future!
