Our carpet has been absolutely destroyed by our many dogs & years of wear so we decided to replace the carpet in the master bedroom and the home office with lvp. I spoke with 4 companies and got several samples. After speaking with Joe and seeing the product they had...a 3" plank that complemented our existing floors, we decided to move forward with Diamond Flooring of SC. I prefer to do business with local businesses so I was very happy with our decision. We had a little hiccup with the flooring delivery but Joe & the team took care of it. And today was install day. The word that comes to mind is AMAZING. The gentleman that came to install were all extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. Y'all....they used a broom and cleaned up all the carpet fuzz & reminants. If you have had any work done at your home then you know that cleanup and finishing skills are not the norm. I was extremely impressed & grateful for their attention to detail. If you need flooring, then I highly recommend these folks!

It was such a pleasure working with Gabriel at Diamond Floors to install a stair runner! Gabriel knew exactly how to make this installation the way I had imagined it between how much exposed stair to have on either side of the runner to mitering the carpet on the landing so the stripe pattern would connect and be continuos to the top of the stairs. The installation was quick and easy and they were even able to pick up my carpet order directly from Home Depot to make the cuts and install the binding. Overall 10/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone!

After water damage ruined all our floors downstairs, we requested several quotes for new flooring. Diamond Floors came out the day we contacted them and gave us a quote within an hour unlike the other two companies. They were also the lowest on the estimate. They also broke down every charge to explain the work and the process which was extremely helpful. They had a great selection of flooring to choose from. We selected the floors and scheduled the work. They removed nearly 1400sqft of engineered hardwood and put down the new LVP in 2 days. They were very professional, very fast, and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend this company and their staff to anyone. We will be using them again to do additional work. Bravo 👏 Diamond Flooring team, you all have a fan from the Fisher family. Thank you.

My floor looks fabulous! Joe is personable. extremely helpful and makes the transition easy. The installers were professional and displayed white glove service. I would HIGHLY recommend Diamond Floors and considering removing quality engineered hardwood to put down a LVP with Diamond!
