They took the time to show us various pontoon and tritoon options, walk us through a trade and financing, helped us pick out upgrades, and helped show us around our new toy. Our boat was bought, drove off the lot, and put into the water 20 mins later with no issue. We are super happy and grateful!

Nate HI could not thank Kenny and Justin enough! This has been honest to god the easiest transaction of my life. I was stressed at first thinking i would be there for 6 hours but i was in and out. Michael PerryVery good place to buy a boat and have serviced at any time. I bought my boat back in 2015 from them and now I brought it in to get looked at after getting a part. Manager suggested that they look at it for me to make sure everything is okay. I appreciated that and Will be running everything by them. In the future, thanks, guys

Ethan ClausenOverall, I had a good experience and the quality of the work completed was great. However, my only complaint concerns Kenny. Once the paperwork was signed, his customer service declined significantly, and his attitude toward me changed. I would recommend working with a different salesman if possible. The work on the boat by the service team and working with Justin was great as well.

Todd HuntJust picked up my 24' Bentley pontoon from Berkeley Outdoors. Once again, they did an outstanding job. Thanks to Allan, the service manager, and Nathan, the technician. And, the guy who cleaned the boat. Sorry, didn't get his name. I've been dealing with them since they had the little shop on Oakley rd and 17-A, 30- some years ago. I WILL say, service was iffy, at times back then. This new team has been nothing but great and honest, in the last few years. They did a quality job at the quoted price, and explained everything to me. I couldn't be happier. Best thing is my wife is happier than me. Thanks Allan, Nathan, cleaner guy and Berkeley Outdoors!
