I want to commend Bob’s Appliance and in particular Kyle who came out and repaired our dryer today. If he isn’t the employee of the year, he should be. I don’t often feel it matters to write a review but not only his positive attitude, knowledge and ability to solve the problem, I couldn’t sleep if I didn’t share the experience. I am a caregiver for my Mom who every day faces so many obstacles that we must navigate for her health and well being. A simple task like being able to do laundry is critical to her. Her incontinence makes for a lot of laundry as keeping her bedding, clothes and the litany of things I need each and every day to prevent any infection or skin breakdown are absolutely essential. She requires 24/7 care and I have to be able to know I can provide an environment and the conditions that allow me the blessing I receive every day that I get to spend with her now. After calling this morning at just after 9:00am to see if someone could come take a look at our broken dryer, Kyle was here before 11:00am and wasted no time. I don’t get to interact with many people outside of the little bit of help she receives from Hospice so number one, his sincerely happy and pleasant demeanor immediately reminded me why I called Bob’s to start with. Kyle has been out before to repair the washer and that experience had stuck in my mind when I realized I had a problem yesterday. I love my Mom more than I can put into words and this journey we have been on has truly changed how I look at the little things in life. There is nothing I wouldn’t do to make sure her life is the best it can be each day. The people that come along and make it possible for me to continue doing whatever she requires, I recommend to anyone who might need something simple like a dryer repaired. People like Kyle and everyone at Bob’s Appliance Repair are few and far between in this crazy world we live in. Their kindness and professionalism are second to none. If I could give ten stars, it would be more representative of the service we received. Thank you so much and to anyone who needs an appliance or repair, don’t waste your time calling anyone else. They are the absolute best, hands down! 🙏

Bob's appliances has the best customer service and response times out of any appliance store in Sumter. They treat you like family whether it's a simple repair or a major appliance purchase. We were in a pinch on Memorial Day weekend. Showed up to our lake house for the holiday weekend, only to find our fridge had died. Called Bob’s Appliances @4:45pm Friday (right before closing for the holiday). It would have been easy to push us off, but Bob gave me his cell, texted me pictures of what they had in stock, we picked one out, and he personally delivered and set it up within a couple of hours. Really saved us from having a rough holiday. Appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile.

Great service provided at this establishment. They had several different option of appliances to use rather new or used. There prices were affordable and the used appliances were in great condition if you’re looking to save a little extra. A perk is that they will take your old appliances and install the new ones.
