Darrin WardI had an absolutely wonderfully positive experience at this store. Without being too hyper-verbal while telling a story in an objective manner I’ll say the following: another Autozone had not done some computer paperwork correctly. Santanna, the store manager and Allison, the parts manager aggressively investigated my issue and arrived at a logically correct conclusion that was appropriate, helpful, and super satisfied me as a customer. This will be the ONLY Autozone that I do business with in Sumter, SC. This experience greatly exceeded my expectations and “WOW’d” me! GREAT JOB AUTOZONE TEAM.

Janet StilesI would like to give a big shout out to Santana for helping me today. (Sumter, SC Hwy 15) I had back surgery a few months ago so I'm not able to lift anything. My truck needed a new battery so she put on her safety equipment and took the old battery out and replaced it with a new one! Even in this heat she never complained. Thank you so much Santana, you are my shero!

Trina PughI kept experiencing issues with with my car starting. Took my vehicle to Auto Zone and was greeted by DC. He listened to my concerns and resolved the issue by replacing my battery with a new one. I also was experiencing issues with my headlight and Mr. DC was very knowledgeable in pointing out the issue and providing me with a resolution. I always receive great customer service when shopping at this location!
