I recently brought my GT3 to Autometrics, Inc for its intermediate service. I had met with service manager Eric and we discussed just what needed to be done looking over my previous service records. I asked for him to take some pictures of the car when disassembled so I could see...he obliged. Autometrics has a clean, no immaculate service garage. They work on Porsches/race cars but work on other makes also. They will do all work on my car that I cannot do...Thanks Autometrics..thanks Eric

Autometrics did a great job servicing our car. Very clear and quick communication. They performed a very thorough inspection, complete with pictures, with recommendations and were very transparent as far as the work that was performed. I wish we had brought our car here instead of Baker Porsche for previous work. Autometrics was also able to hand our car off to Apex Graphics (also top notch) for detailing, saving us a trip. You can trust AM to treat your car as if it were their own.

I've always heard good things about Autometrics, even though I live on the other side of the state in Greenville. Their reputation in Porsche service travels that far! Fast forward to last year; I purchased a 964 out of Chicago with little to no maintenance history, but the plan was to restore the entire car anyway. I'm currently about 80% through that paint/body/interior restoration and although the engine runs great, I had no reference to prior services and what it might need in the near future. After using various resources to no avail, something made me just google the VIN. This turned up a decade old rennlist thread stating Autometrics had done a plethora of work some years back. Excited but not expecting much, I called Autometrics to see if they had any records they could send over. My history with busy high profile shops is they typically don't care to give a new face the time of day, especially when the call isn't about scheduling work... but when Eric picked up the phone and I told him my car's story he was was friendly and eager to help! As he looked for service docs pertaining to my car, he told me that around that time they switched computer filing systems and if the service predated that switch, they probably don't have the records any longer. After a little while he came to the conclusion that that was indeed the case. Before ending the call, he asked for my contact information in case the records turned up. A week went by and to my absolute surprise, an incoming call with their number on the caller ID comes in. I answer, and it's Eric with great news, he was somehow able to fire up the old system and retrieve the service history including some majors like a total top end engine rebuild and a transmission replacement! It turns out the services were performed 14 years ago, but the car has only traveled 12,000 miles since! Knowing these services were performed not only gives me great peace of mind, but also decreases my to-do list and adds value to the vehicle. I can't thank Eric enough for going out of his way for someone across the state and mailing me these records! If I ever find myself living on the coast and in need of Porsche service, there is no doubt I would go to Autometrics. Thanks again Eric!

I’ve been going to Autometrics for many years with a few different vehicles and the quality of service and their expertise is second to none. I recently brought my M3 here for some suspension work and an alignment. Eric was professional from start to finish and kept me updated along the entire process, answering any questions I had. Tyler went above and beyond with the part installation and track alignment. It’s the professional environment and attention to detail that keeps me coming back time and again. And the new facility is phenomenal
