patrick thomasI had an outstanding experience at Firestone. The team quickly fixed my tire and also provided excellent service during my oil change. Jay was especially professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with his customer service. He made the entire process smooth, communicated clearly, and ensured everything was taken care of efficiently. It’s hard to find great customer service these days and Jay definitely delivered. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional automotive service!

All Pro RicoI've been going to the Goose Creek, SC location for over 10 years and their high quality service and work has keeped me coming back even if the prices are higher than other places. Jason, the Service Manager, has always gone above and beyond to bring the best. A new addition to the store, Glenn, not only was able to save needing a replacement but also laid things out in a easy to understand way of the issue and resolution that he did. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Bobbie ComptonGlenn, Jay and Joseph (i hope i got that name right!) made our trip to Firestone awesome! Taking in my elderly father to get the A/C in his car checked AND repaired was a breeze. They were courteous and patient while explaining what was going on and super quick with the repair! We were in and out in less than an hour and a half and dad's air was registering in the lower 50's when we left!! Thank you guys and we'll see you soon for his brakes!

Ryan SkinnerI had a slow leak in one of my tires and brought my truck to Firestone in Goose Creek. The staff found that the issue was a bad valve stem and replaced it at no charge. Everyone was friendly, professional, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s refreshing to find a shop that takes care of its customers and provides honest service. I really appreciate the help and will definitely return for future maintenance and repairs.
