Taylor DixonI haven't been to Biggby in a while, but I came in today and felt it necessary to leave a review. I was greeted by the sweetest cashier! She helped me with my drink order and made the whole experience effortless, which was such a relief on a personally hectic morning. The drink was good, but the customer service from Bree was even better!!! Thank you so much Bree!!

Cane Bay RoofingBiggby Coffee in Goose Creek has quickly become one of our favorite coffee stops. The staff is always friendly, the service is fast, and the drinks are consistently good. Whether we’re grabbing coffee before starting the workday or stopping in between appointments, they always make the experience easy and enjoyable. The location is clean, welcoming, and convenient, and it’s great to see a business that takes pride in customer service. Leihua✨Food and matcha is always heavenly 🌸 ✨Seats and carpet could be cleaner as it looks very dirty from the spills and overall traffic as you could actually smell it unfortunately. ✨people behind the counter were nice and respectful. ✨I do not know if the music choice was appropriate for a coffee establishment as it was playing pop culture / hip hop. I do not mind as the sound choices are my jams, but for others, I do not know if it’s appropriate. Overall we usually just come and leave, but we stayed there for a bit to look up something on our phone and to slow down. We love Biggby and this is one of our favourite local coffee stores. Just the atmosphere and cleanliness of the area can be improved.

Chrissy FI can't believe I haven't left a review yet for this Biggby Coffee!! The staff is phenomenal, they always greet me with a smile and check-in how I'm doing vs just a number..their customer service is top notch. The seasonal drinks are always drawing me in too..today I got the s'mores cold brew and loved every sip of it. Very grateful for this coffee shop here in Goose Creek. They have a rewards program and I sign up for their emails to hear about the latest updates and coupons. Keep up the stellar work!!

Sonya PaigeThe coffee is yummy, with good sizes and flavor options….but this particular location smells horrible. There are a couple of tables, with outlets for a couple hours of working, which was nice. It works in a pinch, but after I left, I had to immediately wash my hair because of the smoke smell. I’ve been to other Biggby locations that didn’t have that stench…so I’m not sure whats going on with this particular location. Workers were polite when they took my initial order…otherwise they were completely gone.
