She went above and beyond from the moment I arrived and made sure every need I had was taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel that welcomed and valued while traveling. Autumn made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and honestly one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. SandraThis hotel was in Sumter, South Carolina. The hotel was quiet, beds were very comfy. Bathroom was very clean. Had plenty of hot water. Remote for TV was easy to work, some hotels, remotes are crazy. Cable was working really good. Heat and AC was working really good. The free breakfast was tasty, homemade buttermilk pancakes, omelets, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, juice machine, grits, oatmeal, cereal, toast, coffee, tea, milk, etc. I love my Hilton hotels, stay at them all the time. Parking was plenty of spaces. Lots of restaurants within 2 blocks to eat at. I will stay here again. Oh, they have a little mini bar in the lobby, where you can buy drinks and snacks, how convenient..lol. Kudos to a great staff and hotel!

Erin GillMy husband and I normally stay at Tru by Hilton hotels when we travel. We've always had good experiences and this was no different. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The morning breakfast looked great. Many different options to choose from. My husband and I do not eat breakfast but, if I did. They had healthy options and the normal breakfast options. A few cons and the reason for the 4 stars and not 5. First, the king size room we were in seemed much smaller than other king size Tru by Hilton rooms we have stayed in. Secondly curtains were not sufficient for blackout curtains. A lot of light came into our room every morning at sunrise around the edges of the blackout curtains, it probably didn't help that there was a ginormouslight outside our 4th floor room. Lastly, the sheets and duvet cover were not comfortable. The duvet cover was scratchy and super thin. The sheets were super thin and very baggy... Maybe my husband and I just prefer our sheets to be snug on the mattress and we like a heavier all year duvet cover that has more weight to it. Oh yes, I forgot to mention the entrance to the parking lot from broad street is bizarre and different. Not sure if it doesn't have a direct pull in due to construction next door but having to enter via the Buffalo Wild Wings small parking lot and or doing the strange U turn in the small center lane provided makes the entrance not really convenient. Not a show stopper but has potential to be a little difficult during high traffic times on Broad Street or busy times at Buffalo Wild Wings. Since, I listed cons I feel like we must mention the pro's to be fair. 1.The lemon sugar hand soap and body wash provided! It was delightful. Loved it. If you sold this in bottles in the lobby. I would definitely buy some. 2. The coffee yall!! So good. REALLY! I really enjoyed my morning coffee from the lobby. They also provided all the fixins. Sugar, sugar replacement (which is my jam) and creamer, flavored and plain. 3. It always smelled pleasant every time we entered into the building. Kinda smelled of that lovely lemon sugar hand wash. 4. The hair dryer provided was nice. I forgot mine and really needed to dry my hair so I used the one provided in our bathroom. It made my hair very soft and was powerful enough to dry it quickly.

Claudia MyersEverything was pretty good. Clean room, comfortable bed, etc. My only complaint was the slice of bread i was going to toast, was moldy. The kitchen girl should check for that happening before putting it out.
