Daniel WestWe stayed 2 weeks in a queen room. The bed was pretty comfortable. Our room had a loveseat which was nice The location is near a highway and has a buch of fast food down the road. The wifi was ok. No soap in any of the pump on the wall. The owner is a very hard worker and tries to accommodate.

Keisha PeaceI’ve been staying at this location every time I need a room ! Great Customer service! Even from the housekeeping staff ! It is always a pleasure to stay here ! Rooms are always clean. It’s always quiet. Also in a great location for my commute to work and food . I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel at all ! Would recommend it to my friends and family before anywhere else in Sumter !

Colleen BurgemasterI had a great experience at the Red Roof Inn. The owner went above and beyond to make things right after a third‑party website booked me the wrong type of room. Even though the mix‑up wasn’t the hotel’s fault, he honored the government rate and helped me get a refund for the poor internet service. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. The rooms themselves are very clean, updated, and surprisingly spacious. Having both a microwave and a large refrigerator is a huge plus, especially if you’re staying for an extended period. The location is convenient to Shaw AFB, though the area around the hotel can get a bit busy. Overall, this is a great place to stay comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a staff that genuinely cares about its guests.

La'Sha Robertson (Shay)I've stayed here frequently. From the staff to my room. Everything has been amazing. There hasn't been an issue that they haven't taken care of every on the busiest days where everything is packed out. Will always recommend and visit again
