Rachel R.I cannot say enough about the service here. Andre is a superstar and deserves the biggest of shoutouts and raises. We had some car troubles and had to stay at the hotel. He made us feel welcomed and cared for while going through an emotional moment. I'm eternally grateful for his kindness and compassion.

Anthony MargeI was pretty unlucky - I was on a work trip with 3 colleagues, and I was the only one who happened to get a room where I saw 2 dead roaches in 2 days. When I asked for a room change, there was no vacancy that night, so I was stuck in the infested room that night. They did discount my remaining nights, and did give me a new room the next night, but the discount doesn't help me because it's just a work expense - I wish I had instead gotten points or credit to future travel that would actually be of value to me. Other than that, the hotel was spotless, so I really think I just got unlucky. But as for the staff, they were amazingly friendly and accommodating, and I really appreciate the hard work they do to run the hotel. I would stay here again, but I'd be on alert the first 24 hrs when it's humid outside.
