This storage facility is not up to code. There are no lights. The manager is unresponsive and unreachable. No one is ever in the office. I believe the entire facility is without power and that’s why the gate is permanently open. Also there are people living there as I was leaving. There were no other cars there, but there is a man obviously living there. I’ve seen three people now that look like they’re living in the facility. There’s garbage everywhere. It’s a mess. it’s also infested with rats. I’ve seen rats at this facility. Spiders and bugs too. It needs to be condemned. I’ve called many times to try to get the power turned back on in my unit so I can see to move out. The power has been out for a couple of months and no one will fix it. My unit is down the hallway so I had to bring lots of flashlights to move my stuff. The entire place smells like something died. I would not rent here and my price for my unit just kept going up. This rental place was good when it was owned by ExtraSpace storage, but it has been sold to this company and now it is horrible. I highly recommend not renting here. I had to move out for all these reasons. It’s unsafe and unsanitary.
