So just to let you know my car is a 2022 Chevy and she not dirty or nothing I love my car and have had maintenance done on it every time it needs it so this car hasn’t had any issues until now but went to precision autotune the manager was great. The pricing was great but for the service because of how his employees act I felt bad and mad because when I took my car in at 8 am and sat there all day I was already having issues with the brakes it was hard and firm, and it was just difficult to use them. It took the mechanic until 4:26 to diagnose that it wasn’t my brake booster it was my vacuum pump ok they fixed that went got the part from the store thanked them and while they where doing my oil change I noticed my computer is sitting loose so I said my computer didn’t do that when I brought it in and they zip tied it to the housing excuse me I’m sorry but I spent 1300 dollars for you to do my brake system and vacuum pump and my oil and you break that and fix it with a zip tie HMMMMM OK THANKS FOR THE TEMP FIX CAUSE IF IT BREAKS NOW SOMEONE GONNA BUY ME A NEW ONE. But as I was saying before love the manager wonderful man helped with pricing and the oil change and was super friendly but employees they definitely just need to be careful BUT THANK YOU FOR THE BRAKE FIX. They called me to help with the issue of the housing on 08/06 now I have a coolant leak …

Cameron and Z were very helpful. They communicated with me throughout the whole process of fixing my vehicle and address all my concerns. Ladybug(my car) is back to herself . Also after going to other shops and estimates for repairs being outrageous/overpriced. They were more than fair I’m grateful for their help.!
