So far since moving to the Charleston area in January, I have dined in with my Dad and brother at Page’s Okra Grill on 4 separate occasions. Every single time the food has been excellent. The service has matched. The overall volume of food provided based on the price points is beyond reasonable given what some of the food options are and relative to the state of restaurants nowadays. This is by far my favorite restaurant in the area given the variety of food options available and the quality of them. Sometimes restaurants over extend themselves and offer too many options and the quality goes down, yet so far I haven’t had anything that I wouldn’t rate as excellent. Furthermore, I have ordered some stuff myself multiple times and the consistency has been there. This is not easily achievable in such an industry, yet Page’s Okra Grill does a great job where you know what to expect on repeat selections. It is a goal to try as many of the food options available over time as it keeps the experience fresh and will likely only further solidify how great of a place this is. If you are someone visiting the area, I highly recommend checking this place out. And if you are local and haven’t tried it out, make sure you do because you should be happy to know such a place exists so close to home.
Jun 9, 2026 · Google ReviewGood food, service, & atmosphere! We had a 30 minute wait but once we got in, food came in good time and our waitress was very nice. What we ordered (group of 4): • Country Fried Chicken & Mashed Potatoes • Bacon Crab Chowder • Fried Chicken Dinner & Pimento Cheesy Grits • BBQ Trio Platter • Beignets with Key Lime Sauce Our total was around $110 and it was plenty of food. Our favorite dishes were the Country Fried Chicken, Fried Chicken Dinner & Pimento Cheesy Grits, and the Beignets.
Jun 15, 2026 · Google ReviewEnjoyed it. We arrived on a very hot day. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes (outside in 100 degrees). As is often the case (and I don’t know why restaurants do this), my phone buzzed a minute later that the table was ready. What if we had decided to leave! The initial service was slow, but excellent after we were engaged by our waitress. Pork roll was excellent. Hamburger and chicken fried chicken were very good. Fried okra was disappointing- just too much fried food. Get with tomatoes next time. Hush puppy’s average. Drinks very fairly priced. Recommend for a special southern dinner, but hard to imagine eating here regularly.
Jul 7, 2026 · Google ReviewHad lunch at Page’s Okra Grill. Sat outside on a hot afternoon but the breeze made it very comfy. Ordered the salad with Mahi and fried flounder with okra and seasoned fries. Then added the sweet potato soufflé and were so glad we did. Salad was good and the fish was cooked to perfection on it. Fried flounder remained crunchy the entire meal. Fries were good as were the hush puppies. See picture for what pups should look like. Okra reminded me of grandmas cooked after picking from the back yard garden. The sweet potatoes were incredible. Get these and the okra when you come to visit. Excellent all around !
May 22, 2026 · Google ReviewGreat food and service. Got the beignets very fluffy and tasteful. The key lime custard that came with it they could’ve left out. The chicken was seasoned and fried perfectly only wished the was more meat on the chicken. Grilled Seafood platter was great. Sea bass was light and tasty, shrimp and scallops were great. I know everyone suggests the Mac and cheese but it was ok nothing with all the hype with it. Now the banana pudding, that was really good. Parking was ok tends to get packed when busy. Service and hosts were great.
