oscar aliceaAfter a long day at work (I work at Lowe's in Manning SC) I got into my truck for my 46 minute drive home. Turn the key to start it; only to hear clicking. I knew my battery was at its end of its life expectancy. O Reilly's was just a short walk from where I was parked, so I walked over there. Just as soon as I walked in; I was greeted by Angel, who offered to help me as soon as I walked in. I let her know what my problem was, and she looked up battery options for the make and model of my truck. Her customer service skills were very impressive. My day was already getting better. Just when I thought it could not get any better; Hunter the Manager said he would install the battery in my truck. Now you may think this is the norm but, remember my truck was in the Lowe's parking lot, which is a little bit farther than O'Reilly's parking lot. Hunter most definitely went above and beyond the normal customer service expectations. He sets a perfect example for his team mates. I was very impressed with the service I received. It's refreshing seeing this during the hustle and bustle of today's trying times. That being said, Kudos to Hunter and his staff for the Amazing Customer Service that you provide. Thank you so much. KayvaughnAngel and Josh absolutely save my day my battery and my remote key fob went out and they changed my battery. They are a stellar crew and I will definitely recommend coming back here.

Deborah MetzgerHad to buy a battery for my car yesterday. Originally with tax it was 281.39. Even worse it is located in the wheel well. Tire and wheel well liner have to be removed to install it. I was given a discount and that helped. First I went to O'Reilly, young man named Shamar tested the battery. Dead of course, gave me bad news on installation. I have always gotten my batteries at Auto Zone so I went there. It was like I didn't exist. Got battery priced there, cheaper than O'Reilly. Even though they were cheaper I went back to O'Reilly's. Big shout out to Shamar. I think he could tell I had trouble getting around or maybe he treats everyone that well. He made numerous trips outside for info on car and was friendy. Even held door for me even though he was carrying a heavy battery. I hate shopping of any kind (except yard sales) but Shamar made it a pleasant experience. O'Reilly's Auto Parts.
