I can’t say enough good things about Innovative Sight & Sound. From start to finish, they have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Their communication is always clear, and their level of accessibility and customer service really sets them apart. What has impressed me most is how quickly they respond when there is an issue. On the occasions I’ve needed something addressed at the house, they’ve been incredibly quick to get someone out there and take care of it. They also actually pick up the phone when you call — even on weekends. I recently had an issue over a weekend, and they were immediately accessible, responsive, and willing to help. That kind of service is becoming very hard to find. Their team really knows their stuff, but just as importantly, they take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you understand your options. They show up when they say they will, work efficiently, and leave everything clean and organized when they’re finished. It’s rare to find a company that combines this level of expertise with exceptional responsiveness, communication, professionalism, and follow-through. They genuinely care about the quality of their work and, more importantly, about taking care of their customers long after the initial installation is complete. I would highly recommend Innovative Sight & Sound. Five stars across the board and exactly the kind of company you want working in your home.
