jared evansSo...well, I dont know how to say this. They have the best hot dogs around. You read that right. The hot dogs are why we go to the pharmacy. When we drive up to Summerville, instead of a "lets go see grandma and grandpa" my girls are "can we go to Guerin's for a chili dog" Good to know our daughters see the important things in life....like a good hot dog.

Robert VelardeI’ve been using Guerin’s Pharmacy for my mom’s prescriptions for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile by giving us a call when her medications are ready or when there’s a follow-up needed. It’s that kind of personal service that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

ChrystalOnly place I know in Charleston who will order medication that my provider prescribes! This pharmacy is really out of my way and I’m always rushing to get my script filled the day that it’s due to be filled. I don’t always make it there until about the time they close, but they don’t seem to care. Or at least they don’t appear to me to be bothered that I’ve held them up a few more minutes past the time they close. There was actually one time I got stuck in traffic and by the time I got here their door was locked because it was the time they closed. As I was walking back to my vehicle they came out and still offered to fill my script. There isn’t any where that I’m aware of that would do that. I don’t mean to be one of those people that show up at the last minute. I’m a busy mother of four so I run around with my head cut off most days and I feel very blessed that they are all so kind and generous with their time.

Alison GoheenIt's a challenge to find same day pet meds but Guerin's can. The staff was very helpful and explained how to give to my cats the medicine.
