My wife and I have become regulars at Fuji Sushi Bar & Grill, on RT 41 and there is a simple reason why...they are consistently good. The sushi is fresh, the food is well prepared, and the service keeps us coming back. In today's restaurant business, consistency is what separates the good restaurants from the great ones, and Fuji continues to deliver. We usually grab a seat at the bar, and over time we've learned that when Alexis is working, the entire experience is just better. She has a natural ability to make people feel welcome, remembers her regular customers, keeps the bar running smoothly even when it's busy, and always seems to have a smile on her face. She pays attention to the little things that most people don't notice, but regular customers certainly do. Last Friday night we've specifically chose to come in because we knew Alexis was working. Since she was on the floor we switched to a table. That's not because the other staff isn't good. It's because she consistently creates the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into loyal customers. To the management team, employees like Alexis are hard to find. She represents your restaurant extremely well and is one of the reasons we've introduced friends and business associates to Fuji. Great food brings people in the first time.
