lexi JacksFantastic experience here today! The young lady that helped me was absolutely FANTASTIC! This visit exceeded my expectations! I got some amazing new running shoes and some extras with advice from who had helped me. Can not remember her name but she had cute yellow shoes on! Will be coming here for now on and so will my family! Thank you all for such a lovely experience! Highly recommend!

Kyrston ClouseBrent at the Carnes Crossroad location delivered exceptional service. I have never visited a Fleet Feet and I have never had a concierge style shoe shopping experience. He did a great job explaining the analysis and different brands. I tried on several pairs of shoes and he was extremely patient while I tried to figure out what shoe I liked. I also never felt pressured - he did not try to sell me anything or takes a sales approach - which I really appreciated because I hate when I go somewhere and feel like someone is trying to sell me stuff. I would rather make an informed decision about how to spend my money. Brent is excellent. 10/10 would recommend someone visiting Fleet Feet specifically to see him.

Amanda MitchumI came into Fleet Feet just planning to get my feet measured—nothing more. But within minutes of being greeted by Mindy, that plan completely changed (in the best way possible). She showed me how to sign in on the waitlist (I was second), and within five minutes, she was back and ready to help. Mindy walked me through a super cool 3D foot scan that showed detailed stats about my feet I never even knew mattered. She explained everything in such a clear and friendly way, helping me understand how my narrow feet and high arches could be better supported. She brought out several shoe options, explained the importance of insoles, and even introduced me to a pair of socks that felt heavenly. What truly set this experience apart was Mindy. She was genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole visit feel like a personalized fitting session, not a sales pitch. Despite the store being very busy, she juggled helping me while still being attentive and professional with other customers and her team. I honestly don’t know how she did it so gracefully. I came in for a simple measurement and walked out with new shoes, insoles, socks, hydration powder—and a new go-to store for all things footwear. Mindy made me feel seen, heard, and valued. She’s a rockstar and 100% deserves a raise!

Kathy GrooseI had the best experience at Fleet Feet on Tuesday 11/11/25. Madeline assisted me and was extremely knowledgeable. She explained things I didn’t know and was patient, kind and considerate. She made me feel important and spent all the time I needed to choose the right shoes. I wish she could instruct all sales people. From what I could hear, the other salesman working that day seemed awesome as well. Great job hiring at Fleet Feet!

Renate DaltonThe Fleet Feet store is the best. Danielle is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable at her job. I had bought a pair of shoes that I was just not completely happy with for running. I went into the store and told her my concerns. She pulled several shoes that she thought would work best for me based off what I was describing was wrong with my current shoes. She was able to help me find the perfect pair of shoes for running. She’s even helped my husband several times find the perfect shoe for him. Danielle is great in her position and helping people be the best runners they can be!
