Just spent $2,300 to install an AC compressor, and to install new windshield wiper motors. This past Saturday both the AC and wipers stopped functioning. Stopped by Saturday to show them what happened, they recommended coming back on Monday so they could determine what happened. Today I was there when they opened, the service manager told me I might be here awhile because of the amount of work. The manner by which he told me was rather rude, I almost left. Less than an hour later, the mechanic talked to me and explained what happened and I was satisfied with his explanation. Eddy is wonderful to work with, he takes the time to explain what is wrong and tells you what needs to be done. He's an excellent employee. Unfortunately, after this mornings interaction with the manager, it really made me disappointed with Firestone. I'm not sure if what I am paying is really worth the money. Therefore, I am considering taking my business elsewhere, just not satisfied.....

Mike R., one of the service managers, knows his way around diagnostics and repairs. He has worked on my 2006 F150 on several occasions and has been super knowledgeable. His diagnosis of the issues is quick and detailed. I don't usually like to drop off my vehicle to have work done, but when I can't make time to do it myself or when the diagnosis codes are beyond my limited skills, I will trust him to work on my vehicles.

This is one of the best Firestone I have been too! The manager Jose Garcia runs the store fantastically!! The staff are so nice and very professional! The store itself is very clean and well kept!! I had a problem with my car and they explained everything to where I could understand it and they were all very nice! 10/10 would definitely go back and recommend others to go as well!!

They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Excellent customer service and quality work.
