Installed 4 tires and alignment. I did have to go back because the alignment was slightly off, but I do have aftermarket adjustable coilovers, fully adjustable upper control arms, car is lowered, and everything was way off destroying the tires. They did get me right back in, and they got it tuned in. They had a curve ball with my set up in my TL, but they nailed it. Great job Cane Bay Firestone!!! What you've done for my family: My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer metastatic to the brain with emergency craniotomy 1 year ago September 2nd. I commute 3 hours round trip to and from work, add a Dr's appointment it adds 2 more hours to my commute. I spent an average of 55-60 hours a month driving to work and Dr's appointments, it's important for me to be able to have my vehicle performing 100%. I'm going to be sending my brother to them with his MDX, unfortunately he has aftermarket coilovers and wheels. But I'm confident that they'll take care of him and do and amazing job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Firestone in Cane Bay, specifically because of Mike. I had tried to schedule an appointment online over the weekend and received a text confirmation, but when I arrived on August 23rd, unfortunately there was no confirmed appointment showing in the store’s system. It was only about an hour before closing, and Mike was the only person left in the shop. He easily could have told me I needed to come back another day, but instead, he took the time to look at my car, diagnose the issue with my tire, and then stayed and fixed it himself. That kind of customer service is rare. Mike went completely above and beyond when he had absolutely no obligation to do so. On top of being incredibly helpful, he was funny, friendly, and made what could have been a frustrating experience genuinely pleasant. Firestone is lucky to have someone like Mike representing their store. Because of the way he treated me and took care of my car, we will absolutely be back. Thank you, Mike!
