It was such a pleasure working with Gabriel at Diamond Floors to install a stair runner! Gabriel knew exactly how to make this installation the way I had imagined it between how much exposed stair to have on either side of the runner to mitering the carpet on the landing so the stripe pattern would connect and be continuos to the top of the stairs. The installation was quick and easy and they were even able to pick up my carpet order directly from Home Depot to make the cuts and install the binding. Overall 10/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone!

To date, our experience with Diamond Floors has been incredible! We're replacing the entire ground floor with luxury vinyl plank flooring, and the assistance from O.J., Derrick and Gabriel has been invaluable. Only 4 stars so far because the flooring has yet to be installed. Update: our kitchen, pantry and laundry room flooring was installed in October. Inconceivably within 6 hours from start to finish! Sondro (sp?) and his crew were remarkably efficient and well-coordinated. Pieces were measured twice, then taken outside for cutting, and then fitted so accurately that no gaps have appeared anywhere. Additionally, the flooring is sturdy, beautiful, and EASY to keep clean. In a couple days, the same flooring and crew will be placed in our living room, entry, and small hallway to the half bath. We're very excited! Diamond Floors is amazing and more than reasonably priced for (1) the flooring, (2) the service and (3) their willingness to make sure the client is satisfied.
