Julie LeonardStopped this morning because it is on the side of the road on our route. Cute diner with a great menu. We had breakfast, 1 plate and 1 sandwich. Food was awesome with large portions. Service was quick and friendly. Entire restaurant was clean including bathrooms. We noticed several awards for barbecue competition, but it is not on the regular menu. May be a special? Today’s lunch special was a choice between two meats and several vegetables . We are hoping to return on the way back from our day trip!

Katie TuckerMe and my husband drove all the way from Myrtle beach to try the breakfast, and I have to say, it was delicious & very fairly priced! Totally worth the drive. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had fried baloney and corn beef hash! The grits reminded my Husband of his nana’s home cooking, and the sign out front does say “Home cooked meals”. Also our eggs were fried perfectly, and I know that sounds silly but too many places will give you raw eggs when you order sunny. This place needs to be protected and recognized as a historical landmark.

Clint SGreat little diner! I’ve been passing by it for years on my way to and from FL. Finally decided to stop. Glad I did. Food was delicious. Nothing fancy just good old fashioned diner options. The service was as friendly as could be. It was well worth the stop. I’ll definitely be stopping by again.
