We LOVE our new shower/remodel from Charleston Bath Experts. Brittany walked us through everything involved and answered all our questions and was a joy to work with! Justin and Luke were so nice , trustworthy, and hard-working and we feel 100% confident with the install they did for us. It was great working with office Deb and Brian was super responsive and accommodating as well. Overall, I would highly recommend Charleston Bath Experts and would definitely use them again if we ever get a second bathroom!! (The only reason there is still a hole on the left in the new bathroom picture is because our medicine cabinet still hasn't arrived to fill! But CBE said they would be happy to come back and install it when it does eventually get here - which is great service!)

I recently decided to trust my bathtub to walk-in shower conversion to Charleston Bath Experts. I actually got two quotes prior to Derek's, but I immediately liked his expertise and no pressure approach. Following Derek's visit, I had a couple of conversations with Deb at the office, and immediately knew that she is very knowledgeable and professional. That feeling of "these people really know their business" was reinforced when Paul and Harrison arrived for the installation. Make no mistake about it. These guys are top-notch professionals who take a craftsman's approach to their work. Paul was very good at explaining what they were doing, and was always polite and responsive when i asked a question. As a bonus, despite the fact that my installation, in a 47 year-old house, threw them a few curves, they completed the job well ahead of schedule. In conclusion, I will just say that I would recommend Charleston Bath Experts to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. It's a top-notch company.

2023 Update: For some reason Google wouldn’t let me post a new review of my recent experience but only an update. Here it is, almost 4 years later and Charleston Bath Experts truly stand by their work. The slide bar of my shower head had started to rust in one part so I reached out to Brian by text to find out if there was any kind of warranty. There was! Justin was sent out and replaced the entire arm. This young man was not only pleasant, respectful and well spoken but knowledgeable and efficient as well. He was a true pleasure to work with. I am raising my review to 5 stars because you don’t find many companies any more who really mean it when they say they’ll stand by their work and want satisfied customers! ################### Do you really believe all 5 star reviews? Seems a bit biased and hard to believe. I’ve waited almost a year to write a review of Charleston Bath Experts because at the time of the install there were so many missteps I could not write a good review. I was also not expecting the extended time it took, which was a bit more than a month. Derek was great to work with on the sell/design side. He made it easy to make decisions and had good ideas. As far as the install Brian was also great to work with and always pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately his helpers were not competent, and when they made mistakes, such as busting a hole in the wall, instead of just speaking up they denied doing it, which was not at all professional. They also used the wrong material installing the sink which resulted in leaks and further delay among other things. However, on the plus side, I totally trusted these gentlemen to be in my house alone, as we were dealing with my father’s death and subsequent funeral during all this. I never felt uneasy and they made sure my dog was okay and locked up when they left. Brian also made sure every issue was addressed in the end. Then in February one of the shelves fell off. It was only taped on and not bolted. It was fixed but they left the other shelf as is since it looked okay. Well, in November that shelf then fell. Again it was fixed quickly and they resealed the tub and shower where the caulking was shrinking. So here it is, over a year later, and I am giving them 4 stars. I do recommend them as they have rectified every problem, even over a year later. Like I said, you just can’t believe all 5 stars which are too good to be true, but hopefully this long and detailed ultimately positive review will be helpful with decisions.

We absolutely love our new shower! Justin, Luke and Harrison were all amazing and genuinely a pleasure to have in our home. They were so meticulous and made sure to leave the house clean every afternoon. They kept us updated on progress and were great at explaining why they were doing what they were and how it would impact our final product. Deb was also so helpful in scheduling and keeping us updated on shipping and appointment times. Thank you to the whole team!!

Justin, Luke, and Jeremy were the three installers for our new master bath walk-in shower and closet. All three were professional and courteous. They know their job and did it quite well. We are very pleased with the outcome! So pleased, we are also doing the guest bath! Derek, our salesman, was also a pleasure to work with for the designs. Everyone kept us in the loop, told us what to expect, and delivered on their promises! Highly recommended if your considering a remodel!
