I just want to thank Dylan and Rusty for being so incredibly helpful with fixing the problems I created with my tractor. They even came out to the property and fixed my problem in 10 minutes. Slightly embarrassed to say the least, but incredibly grateful for people who take their job seriously and customer satisfaction is a way of life.

Update: I just purchased a 4052m from Blanchard. The salesman was Andrew. It isn't possible to overstate how helpful Andrew was and continues to be. It was a rare experience to work with a salesman who listens to what your saying, finds out what your needs are then does his best to make that work for you. I've been in sales, worked as a sales manager, and trained sales staff. It's difficult to find people of that caliber. Everyone at the St.Matthews location is helpful and friendly. I haven't been to any other Blanchard locations, but I suspect they're all like St.Matthews. ______________ Friendly and knowledgeable people work here.
