Useless AccountRick is probably one of the most honest and transparent mechanics/shop owners that I’ve had service my car. My Jeep grand Cherokee was at a dealer service shop and they were trying to charge me $4000 to do two repairs. I called this shop and spoke to Rick. He informed me they would be much cheaper than dealing with the dealership so I decided to give them a chance. Rick did the inspection and informed me only one of the repairs needed to be done and the only amount that I owed was $1000. He also explained to me why the dealership would try and get me to perform the repair that he suggested did not need to be done currently. I will forever take my car to this shop while I live in the Charleston area.
