I stopped by Advance Auto Parts on Bacons Bridge Road expecting to grab a part and be on my way, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Tristen. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure I got exactly what I needed. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s obvious that he knows his job inside and out. What impressed me most was his attitude. He was patient, respectful, and treated me like a valued customer instead of just another sale. He went out of his way to make sure every question was answered and every concern was addressed before I left. Employees like Tristen make a lasting impression and are a huge asset to any business. teamnikki3The staff at Advanced Auto Parts on bacon Bridge are courteous and helpful! My bf sent me to get a screw driver that he needed while working on a vehicle, the older gentleman stopped what he was doing to attend to my needs and questions. He made sure that I purchased the correct screwdriver before I left the store. He even spoke to my bf to find out what part that he was changing on the vehicle. I really appreciate good customer service!
