I stopped by Advance Auto Parts on Bacons Bridge Road expecting to grab a part and be on my way, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Tristen. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure I got exactly what I needed. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s obvious that he knows his job inside and out. What impressed me most was his attitude. He was patient, respectful, and treated me like a valued customer instead of just another sale.
