Beautiful place to visit. We did a self-guided boat tour of the swamp since the boat tours were full and they stopped doing them around 10 because of the intense heat. Get there early if you want to do the guided boat tours. The self-guided tour is is a little over a mile. We put on bug spray but didn't encounter any mosquitoes because the swamp water naturally repels them because of tannins in the water. Highly recommend!
Jul 25, 2026 · Google ReviewReally beautiful and cool place! We were able to get in free with our park pass, which was an awesome surprise! The self guided boat tour is a must! I wish there were a few more paths better suited for wheelchairs/mobility aids, otherwise lots of paths to wander around. All of the staff were very friendly.
Mar 5, 2026 · Google ReviewFor anyone who cherishes natural beauty, Cypress Gardens is highly recommended! During our visit on a pleasant 68-degree weekday in May, we spent three hours wandering the trails, enjoying a guided boat tour, and exploring the various displays. We found that arriving right at opening was ideal to avoid overwhelming crowds. The garden offers a pure experience with nothing glitzy or high-tech; instead, the sights and sounds of the landscape are a true wonder to behold. With friendly, knowledgeable staff and a clean, well-maintained facility, the $10 admission fee is an incredible value. It truly is nature at its most beautiful.
May 13, 2026 · Google ReviewCypress Gardens are beautiful and we love that they have event spaces for special ceremonies. Plenty of locations to choose from while having plenty for the family to do while there. The walking trails are beautiful and seeing all the various animals at the zoo was a lot of fun too. We really enjoyed the frozen flavored ice truck too as it was very hot the day we visited, can't wait to come back!
Jul 2, 2026 · Google ReviewA very quiet and relaxing gardens complete with a boat ride. Learned a lot about local wildlife in the Swamparium and the Butterfly House. Took the self guided boat tour and came across a nice alligator. All for $10 a person. A nice way to spend a few hours on a summer day.
