L GI was there for a golf lesson and I really enjoyed it. It was very peaceful and I think it's a beautiful course.

James NugentFirst time to play this course and was pleasantly surprised. The reviews and pictures don’t capture the uniqueness of this course. You get a mix of wide open fairways that’ll excite the long ball hitters and wooded narrow doglegs that’ll benefit the accurate golfers who can put the ball where they want. Greens were quick with a few bare spots but none that kept me from enjoying the round. It’s been REALLY hot and dry here, so the grounds crew hasn’t had much help from the weather. I walked for almost 7 miles for those who prefer the exercise. All in all, I’d play it again. Thanks Chris and the crew for the hospitality today!

David PierceTee box to green were great. Speed on the greens were a good pace, a little bit on the faster side for most of the golf courses in the area. The best part to me was the fact that the driving range is flat and actually has grass covering it. Most ranges I go to are chewed up and feel like hitting balls on a beach after a tractor pull just took place. This range is just like hitting off of the fairways you will play. Practice green is a little bit harder than the actual course greens but still very close to speeds you'll see out on the course. Price is great for the quality of the course too! $50 peak time on a Saturday with a cart for 18. Highly recommend going to this gem if youre close by.

Hunter MannNice golf course, great value for anyone from weekend warriors to pros. Relatively cheap for the quality of the course, in my opinion the best public golf course in Sumter. Would highly recommend.

Jimmy LucasCourse was in good shape for my liking. Some greens need attention but the pin placement was great and challenging. Nice gas carts

Darryl PressleySo, you're looking for a challenge, a change of pace, and something to do rather than think about work, politics, or world disasters? Is that right? Well, Beech Creek Golf Course has your number! If the kid in your old body wants to play hide-and-go-seek, the pars are hiding in plain sight—but guess what? So are the birdies. If you think for one moment that there are no optical illusions, check again (wink, wink). Trust me: club up, or rather, take an extra club on your approach. If you are pin-seeking, forget about it. Just put the ball on the putting surface—somewhere, anywhere, as long as it is where the grass is expensive.
