Such a serene, clean sanctuary. My husband and I enjoyed walking the boardwalk so much that we came back the following weekend to get the yearly membership and we have every intention to drop in a often as possible. We heard over 35 different bird songs on our last visit and even though we didn't see that many, we are hopeful for the next trip! Might purchase some better binoculars! 🙂
May 19, 2026 · Google ReviewAmazing place! Everyone from the workers to the other visitors are amazing! I saw alot of cool things. It is exstreamly quite so you can hear all the birds. There is a ton of picnic spaces and it is really easy to get to. The boardwalk is a super easy well marked walk!
Mar 11, 2026 · Google ReviewIt's an easy just under 2 mile hike on a boardwalk. We heard lots of birds but they did a pretty good job of hiding. The scenery is beautiful!
Mar 25, 2026 · Google ReviewThe boardwalk path through the forest was very peaceful. The informative signs along the route provided a unique opportunity to learn about the history of the swamp and gave an added appreciation for the preserves value!
Jan 24, 2026 · Google ReviewIt is such a beautiful place, they have a gift shop and make sure you say hi to the ambassador Petey the blue Jay. Its very peaceful, but make sure you go when you arent on a time crunch cause there is so much to see. They have a free day every second Saturday.
