We have stayed here many times at least 1 to 2 times a year for 15 + years. It’s been a family tradition kind of thing. We travel over 6 hrs to come. We have always had a great time and no awful issues. This time unfortunately the trailer we stayed in had bed bugs. Plus sticky pad left in bedroom with dead mouse dead lizard 2 huge palomino bugs and other bugs. Shower was dirty and walls and floor. Threw away $400 to $500 worth of stuff before leaving so we didn’t travel with them. Had to come home and spray all car trucks and boats down with bed bug spray. What clothes we kept even clean ones had to be washed in hot water and dried. Told owner brought one of them in office and sticky pad. He said he would spray. I was nice but once I told him of all the stuff we had to trash and our loss he said I don’t know what I can do. Well a partial refund would have been the professional thing. The woman at the front office was very nice though. Too bad she wasn’t the owner. Beware!!!!
