First I want to thank the Most High God in the name of Jesus Christ for the entire staff in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT here at Orangeburg Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, & Ram. The staff beginning with my first encounter with Blake and then on to Mrs. Jennifer went above and behind to ensure I was greeted with so much Joy, Love and treated me like with family. The team diagnosed my vehicle with accuracy and immediately began the process of fixing and servicing my vehicle unto completion. I am traveling from Texas and I am long way from home. Yet I felt right at home. Words cannot express how the DIRECTOR himself Mr. Ruby made me feel welcomed. Mr. Ruby leadership definitely is the reason why the staff is Amazing without cease. This company is truly Blessed to have this man as Director. Wow. Not sure why isn't he now the CEO. Soon im sure that is the company's plans for him. He is that awsome. I recommend the entire state of South Carolina to support Orangeburg Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, & Ram. You will have an experience and be glad that you did... Again Thank you for all that do you.

I was traveling through the area when I got a flat tire on my Jeep Wrangler and needed help quickly. I found Orangeburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and couldn’t have had a better experience. The service team was friendly, professional, and able to get me a replacement tire and back on the road in a timely manner. While waiting, I had the opportunity to meet Andre Willis, who was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. The level of customer service I received left a lasting impression. Even though I wasn’t there to shop for a vehicle, the experience was so positive that I already know where I’ll be purchasing my next truck; a Ram 1500. Thank you to the entire team for turning a stressful situation into a great customer experience. Highly recommend!

Stopped in looking for a truck and the guys were super chill and helpful. My salesperson took his time, answered all my questions, and didn’t push me into anything. Got a great deal on a truck I actually love, and the whole paperwork thing was way smoother than I expected. Even dropped it off for service recently and they had me in and out quick. Real solid dealership, definitely will recommend them to my friends and family!
