Betsy YangMy daughter got married this weekend at Dunes West. A+ experience from the initial tour a year ago until the sparkler standoff. Jason has ALL the ducks in a row and his staff are professional, kind, and responsive. Every single employee from the kitchen staff to the bartender (who slapped every piece of mint to bring out its freshness before adding it to mocktails- which delighted everyone) was phenomenal. Would book here 1000 more times if we could.

Alexander CovaleskiI could not recommend Dunes West for your wedding enough. We just got married there in May, 2026 and can not have enough good things to say about Jason, the staff, and the venue. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and helped us come up with a minute by minute plan of what the wedding would look like. Jason always had an answer for us and was very accommodating with special requests which helped everything go super smoothly and ensured we had exactly the wedding we wanted. Additionally, the venue is beautiful and our photos came out even better than we expected. There are so many beautiful locations around the venue and I think this is the perfect location for a Charleston wedding. Lastly, my wife loved the bridal suite and had the best time. We have nothing but positive things to say and I highly recommend considering Dunes West for your wedding. My wife and I said to each other all the time while planning how glad we were that we went with Dunes West and that we could not imagine getting married anywhere else!

W QuinnHad a fantastic time at Dunes West Golf and River Club while visiting Charleston. Played 9 holes with two great mates and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The course was in excellent condition, challenging but very enjoyable, and the scenery made the round even better. The hired clubs were in great shape and the golf cart made getting around the course super easy. Staff were friendly and everything was well organized from start to finish. A brilliant golf experience — would absolutely play here again.

Adam KennyConditions here are better than most private clubs. I was really impressed and would have a hard time believing there’s a better $110 round within driving distance of Charleston. Although it doesn’t have any “wow” holes, it makes up for it in perfect conditions and very fair greens. Grab a tee time you won’t regret it.
