Black Women of CharlestonMrs. Doughnut was such a delightful experience for our Black Women of Charleston group. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and full of joy. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and you can truly feel the love that goes into what they do. A special shoutout to Joanne, who is quite literally one of the sweetest women on Earth. She made our experience even more memorable with her kindness, patience, and genuine passion. She created such a welcoming environment that made everyone feel comfortable, engaged, and excited to participate. Our group had an amazing time, and it was the perfect blend of fun, creativity, and connection. I would highly recommend that everyone attend one of their classes. Whether you come with friends or on your own, you will leave with a great experience and an even sweeter memory.

In my quest to find the perfect apple fritters, Mrs. Doughnut truly delivered. I ordered two apple fritters and a croughnut box featuring four distinct flavors: chocolate pistachio, hazelnut cream, pineapple crème brûlée, and strawberry and cream. The apple fritters were freshly baked and still warm when I picked them up. What struck me was the impeccable balance of apple to dough ratio, a rare find in most apple fritters. The combination of rich apple flavor and tender, crispy dough was absolute perfection, offering a delightful contrast of textures. The pineapple crème brûlée croughnut was equally impressive, capturing the essence of traditional crème brûlée while incorporating a subtle yet explosive pineapple flavor. Notably, the pineapple taste was remarkably fresh and devoid of artificial undertones, a testament to the bakery's commitment to quality. The croughnut's crunchy top, creamy middle, and airy texture all worked in harmony to create a truly exceptional pastry. While I have yet to sample the remaining croughnuts, the outstanding quality of the apple fritters and pineapple crème brûlée croughnut suggests that Mrs. Doughnut is a true gem. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to my next visit. 10/10

Magen TomasicThis company is everything you want for a small a business! It’s cute and the staff is so friendly. The food is phenomenal and fresh! Also they were so nice to help donate for our nurses at our hospital without hesitation. The nurses truly thank you for being so thoughtful and generous! Couldn’t recommend more.
