Michael SmartAWSOME!!! Was nervous as heck to start with. Fixing to get ears cleaned out at my providers request. Last ENT I used had bad chair side manners and hurt me and scolded me. (Another review) My provider set me up with Lowcountry Sinus Center. In just a few minutes of starting my procedure with “DEBBY MACK” I began to calm right down. She’s listed as a PA. But I refer to her as “Doctor Debby Mack”! She was so nice! And had enuf patience to put up with me! That gives her 5 stars easily!!!! This “Lady Doctor” knew exactly how to deal with me and the procedure needed to get the job done. Once she could see I was at a point where I needed to relax, she backed off and reproached. She showed much concern for my well being as she performed the procedure. Even took time to show me on a chart as to what was what and explained why I felt stinging occasionally. Which was minimum. Even has me coming back for a follow up and to check on why I have hearing issues. Do I refer her to others? NO!!!! I want her to be my personal ENT! lol Seriously….yes! I recommend her and this office to anyone!! Especially if all the others are like her!!………..RE;……Follow up and hearing test was today 6-3-026 and again Awesome!!! 5 stars!! From the nurse that cked my vitals, to Doctor Debbie Mack to the guy who did my hearing test…. The personality and professionality of these people were spot-on!!!! Doctor Debbie Mack is going to retrieve my old hearing test from the ENT office I won’t mention, and do a comparison to derive a plan. Looking forward to my next already set up appointment…👍😁

David DrawdyThis is definitely the place you should go if you have any hearing issues or throat issues whatsoever. This is the place to go. Don’t ever go to Charleston ENT. They are definitely not helpful. All they wanna do is surgery and make everything worse than it was.
